Solved Parse Error : Syntax Error

Yesterday I tried to access my blog and I’m getting the following error message :
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in

I has changed plugin and error. I reinstall wordpress again but still error. Then I removed this plugin but error again, I can’t click setting and plugin.

How to solved parse error : syntax error :
today, I login my blog and I click setting and plugin is fine :) My GOD, I think slow Internet connection is problem.
